Project Development

• Advising and assisting owner in forming a project management team with key talent, which would be involved directly in the development of the hotel during its construction period
• Assisting owner in selection of hotel project feasibility consultant, in case project development will require raising of equity or debt

Design & Engineering

• Selection of architects, interior designers ,services consultants, fire and safety designers, landscaping specialists, construction companies and other professionals of stature and content and forming a panel Assisting in estimating new tooling requirements and costs; coordinating tool design revisions in relation to product design changes and reverse engineering.
• Preparing BOM (Bills of Material) and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals.

Project Management

• Suggesting new ideas; preparing project plans and technical specifications for smooth execution of projects within the time and cost parameters, with special emphasis on “ greening the value chain.”
•  Planning detailed engineering activities and finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering and with customer.
• Minimising performance bottlenecks for high productivity by maximizing men, material & machine.

A Brief

• ITC Hotels : Joined as Management Trainee (Technical) and left as VP Technical-Operations, Projects and EHS (Environment Health and Safety), after a span of 24 years.
• Intercontinental Hotels Group : Headed the complete Technical Services for all projects in South West Asia(Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka). Head of the technical team consisting of three Directors of Design and a Manager Engineering.
