• Advise and assist in the selection of Principal architect / Concept Architect & Local architect, interior designer and consultants for services, such as:

  • Kitchen Facilities Planning
  • Landscaping
  • Lighting
  • I.T
  • Fire And Life Safety
  • Structural
  • Security and Environment
  • Green Globe Rating
• Optimise all designs made by all the above consultants to make it economically functional
• Help in the creation of the PMC team by helping in recruitment of personnel for PMC on owners roll and they would consist of (at minimum)
  • Project Manager (Civil)
  • Mechanical (Civil)
  • Plumbing and Electrical engineers
  • Project finance manager,
  • Purchase manager
  • Quantity surveyor
  • Office secretary
• Oversee project management and hold periodic monthly reviews
• Review all finalised DBRs (Design Based Reports) and GFC (Good For Construction) drawings and clear all tenders made as per design
• Hold tender meetings and bring in cost efficiency in price negotiations with vendors
• Inspections of project site on a monthly basis, as and when necessary
• Assessment of progress and sort out technical issues at site if any
• Assist in the recruitment of pre-commissioning team and also the final management team (HODs)for hotel operations
• Conduct trial runs of all plant and machinery in the hotel and ensure, smooth commissioning of all equipment’s and signing off the defect liability period
• Ensure a smooth handover of all areas from projects to operations based on punch lists for rooms, public area and BOH
