- Nimbus One was hired by AMV Group of Companies for Hyatt Regency Kochi (126 Keys) in 2012, Murali Menon was brought on board due to his technical expertise in order to bring more efficiency towards costs and enabling of better technical designs. Mr. Menon reviewed designs brought forward by the main architect and brought enhancements towards ensuring smarter and efficient hotel design.
- Murali Menon organized key talent be utilized in the project management team towards construction of the property and brought in cost efficiency towards the development with respect to Nimbus One’s vast vendor database available. Overall Mr. Menon ensured a cost saving of 4 crores (approx. USD 600,000) for the project during the planning stage.
